My personal story
Hello, my name is Viktor and I am the founder of the bezrealit.eu and bezrealit.com portals . My own life experiences and needs led me to create this portal. Real estate agency commissions often discouraged me from using them. These commissions greatly increased the overall cost of housing, which was very annoying, especially for someone trying to find affordable housing.
In addition, I always looked for a direct connection to the owner of the property . I tried this method of renting without a real estate agency both abroad and in the Czech Republic. I must say that this is the best way to quickly buy or rent a property at a better price, without having to pay commissions.
In addition, it should be mentioned that choosing a non-serious real estate agency can sometimes represent a risk for the tenant or buyer. Some real estate agencies are fraudulent and you can end up without the keys or paying double or triple the commission. So be careful with contracts and read the fine print in contracts carefully. Check the owner at the cadastre and also check the real estate agency in the registry or through online reviews.
Other portals that offer real estate sales are charged, and I was motivated to create a free portal by the personal stories of people I met. They often told me that paying thousands to be able to search for an ad or contact the owner is unimaginable to them.
