Property search by radius in the area
If you want to search for properties in the vicinity of your current location, proceed as follows:
- Click the arrow symbol in the “Location” field in the search box on the home page.
- Google Maps will automatically retrieve your current location and display your address in the Location field.
- Next, select which category of real estate you are interested in in the ” Category” field .
- Then click on the “Search” button .
- 5. In the filter field on the left in the “RADIUS” field, enter the desired distance from your current location in kilometers (km) and click on the ” FILTER” button at the bottom .
Properties in the vicinity of your current location in the given radius will be displayed .
Of course, you can also choose other filters, for example ” price range” , but the combination of many filters can cause that if the properties are not filled in all the fields when entering the advertisement, they will not be displayed in your result.

I am having trouble selecting location (a field just under the title) for my flat either typing it in or geolocation. I have tried multiple times. I am using a VPN based in Serbia.
Possibly there should be an option to save listing, for the site admin to enter location, when requested by the user.
Also there is an issue with selecting “Region”. It lists only Czech and Slovakia, no any other country.
As an improvement there can be multiple language description, including English and language where property is located. That includes description in cyrilic and any other alphabet.
