Procedure for entering an ad
To submit your property, proceed as follows:
- Register and login.
- Add the property to the listing using the green “ Add item ” button on the home page.
- Check the ” auction ” option when adding a property.
- Enter the minimum price that you are willing to accept in the field ” min price “
- Enter the starting price in the ” starting price ” field
- Enter the duration of the auction in days in the ” duration ” field
- Once the item has been approved by the admin, the sale will be posted here on this page down.
- If there is no sale, you can ask for the the ad to be reissued by email .
- In case of sale, the highest offer will be sent to you by email.
- If you accept the offer, the buyer is obliged to pay the given price by transfer to the Bezrealit law depository . Anyone who wants to bid, must first make a deposit of 10 percent of the minimum purchase price.
- The seller then transfers the house or flat to the cadastre to the new owner.
- After that, the payment will be released from the escrow to the seller according to the legally treated contract on the future purchase contract.
- The seller and the buyer draw up the contract either directly or through our lawyer .
- All complaints are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic and the terms and conditions of business .
Procedure for participating and bidding
- Register and login.
- Select the property you want to bid on in the auction. To participate in sale, you must deposit a deposit of 10 percent of the minimum purchase price in the attorney’s depository.
- Make a bid and if you are successful and your bid is the highest at the end of the auction and is accepted by the seller, you will be notified by email.
- After signing the contract on the future purchase contract with the seller and paying the purchase price in full, the property will be transferred to you in the cadastre.
- To participate in the bidding, a minimum auction reservation of 10 percent of the sale price (minimum price) must be made.
- By bidding, you accept the terms and conditions and the obligation to pay the full purchase price if you are the winner.
- All claims and contracts are legally treated according to the valid Civil Code of the Czech Republic.
